Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Grad2Go promotes sustainability and responsible consumption by offering quality second-hand items at affordable prices. As such, returns and refunds are only accepted under limited and valid circumstances as outlined below.


1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Customers may cancel their orders according to the following terms:

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery: Full refund

  • 24--48 hours before the scheduled delivery: 80% refund (to cover scheduling and preparation costs)

  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery: No cancellations or refunds allowed, as logistics will already be in progress

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as school closures, visa issues, or emergencies, refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Return and Refund Policy

Eligible Return and Refund Conditions

Returns and refunds may be approved if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The item received differs from the order (e.g., wrong item delivered)

  • Furniture is severely damaged during shipping and rendered unusable

  • Electronic appliances are completely nonfunctional, and return is requested within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof

Return Request Process

  1. Contact Grad2Go customer support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours

  4. If approved, we will coordinate a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Notes

  • Second-hand items are generally non-returnable. Customers are encouraged to inspect items upon delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Grad2Go reserves the right to reject returns for items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Personal preferences, such as color, style, or size

  • Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery

  • Items marked as clearance

  • Items returned in a used or altered condition

Refund Processing

Once a return or refund is approved, processing will be completed within 5-7 business days. The exact time for the refund to appear will depend on your payment provider.
