Delivery Method

1. Standard Delivery

Delivery fee is $69 per order.
Free shipping for orders over $500.
Delivery on designated dates to the ground-level entrance of your address (driveway, building lobby, or curbside).
Does not include carrying items upstairs, in-home setup, or assembly.

In-Home Delivery & Setup (Optional)

One-time flat fee of $25 per order (billed offline, selectable at checkout).
Our crew will carry items to the specific room of your choice and/or perform basic assembly.

2. Self-Pickup

$0 pickup fee. Locations:

  • Irvine, CA at: 2960 Main St, Irvine, CA, OH 92614.
  • Columbus, OH at: 1300 Alum Creek Dr, Columbus, OH 43209.

Delivery Time

You may select your preferred delivery windows(multiple) at checkout.
You need to contact our staff to confirm the delivery window after your order is placed.

Delivery Requirements

Customers must ensure the delivery address is accurate and that a recipient is available to accept the order during the scheduled window.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the absence of a recipient, another delivery fee will be charged to reschedule the service.
